For internship applicants
- Explore the listings. You can browse without an account. Check the duties, location, schedule and application requirements.
- Create an account or sign in. Use your Intern Dashboard to get started. After registering, check your email—including spam or junk—for the link to set your password.
- Apply to each position that interests you. Open the listing, select Apply, complete the requested information and submit. Check your dashboard to confirm the application appears.
Complete your EO WORKS program information, too. In your Intern Dashboard, fill out the program section and select Save Program Information. This is separate from applying for a position.
You can apply before your program information is complete or reviewed; our team will follow up on anything missing. Only applicants selected by an employer complete orientation. Wait for EOWB to confirm you are cleared to start.
For employers
- Post your internship. Describe the opportunity and provide your business information. New employers create their employer account through the posting process.
- Tell us what support you need. Let us know whether you would like help with recruitment, applicant review or wage assistance.
- Review applications and select an intern. Use your Employer Dashboard to manage your posting and review candidates. Notify EO WORKS when you have selected someone.
Finish the submission step. Save Draft keeps your posting unfinished. Continue through the review or preview screen and select the final submission button to submit it.
After selection, we coordinate placement details, required documents and contract approval before the intern starts. Wage assistance depends on eligibility, available funding and an approved agreement.
